When will my order ship?

The processing of your order will take 7-10 business days before handing it over to our shipping carrier for delivery. This is longer than we would like and we are working to reduce turnaround time but we want to be as transparent as possible. You will receive an email notification when processing is complete and the shipping process has begun.

How long will shipping take and can I track my order?

After your order has been packed and handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery (7-10 business days), you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number that you can use to track your package in real-time and monitor its delivery progress.

For domestic orders you should expect to receive it in 2-5 business days after you receive shipping confirmation.

Please be aware that deliveries to locations outside of the US (including Puerto Rico and Hawaii) may take up to 18 business days to be delivered.
